To be eligible for any special offers, you will need to be a registered and financial member of Mt Barker District Athletics Centre Inc for the current season.

A copy of the event entry receipt confirming the event entry, payment and the athlete who has entered the event must be emailed to event@mbdlac.org.au to enable review and assessment. Failure to provide this detail will result in a declined application.

Mt Barker District Athletics Centre reserves the right to amend or cancel any special offers at any time.

Discount codes provided to members are not transferable.

The event organizer reserves the right to recover any out standing amounts owing or claimed without consent prior to allowing the athlete to compete.

The terms and conditions of each event apply.

Applications received for refunds will be reviewed and assessed by Mt Barker District Athletics Centre Inc, an email advising of the application outcome will be sent within 10 business days of the date received.

refunds will be transferred to the applicants account via EFT within 10 business days of the outcome response email if successful.

The outcome of the review is final and can not be disputed.

Mt Barker District Athletics Centre can not be held liable for event cancellations, changes to event dates or times.
