Working With Children Check “WWCC”

It is a requirement that all club committee members, parents, and young people (over the age of 14) who volunteer at a Little Athletics club on a regular basis must hold a Working With Children Check, otherwise known as a WWCC and formerly recognised as the DCSI/DHS screening. People working or volunteering with children in South Australia must, by law, have a working with children check. WWCC’s are FREE for volunteers. Anyone needing to apply for a WWCC, can do so by visiting www.screening.sa.gov.au/applications/application-information-for-individuals.

Once your application has been submitted, and you are advised of your screening outcome, please email the following to centres@salaa.org.au and our club email: info@mbdlac.org.au
