Volunteer Rosters

We are a large club with over 200 members, which only runs due to the help of volunteers. Like all sports, we can’t run without volunteers, and also like all sports, there is always the same people doing most of the work.

We have made these wonderful rosters so we can share the help around, many hands make light work.

If you are unsure how to help, nervous, new, have small children to manage, have several children to look after – we get it, so do we! Just ask a helpful committee member.

A weekly Volunteer Roster will be published for assistance from age group.

Uniform

We have had a few questions about uniforms….

– Where can u get the club blue polo shirt?
We will be selling these on Friday nights, and have several sizes ready to go. In the past they were sold at Worklocker, but we have made it easier by stocking them onsite.

– Do I need a uniform?
It is compulsory if you wish to attend any event at the Athletics Stadium. If you don’t, it is not compulsory on a Friday night, but strongly encouraged so you can feel a part of the club.

– What about the white training shirts?
We have a few sizes left, going out for a bargain $10 this season. Grab them at the sign in desk. Again, not compulsory, but great for training and Parkrun, so you can keep your blue shirt clean.

– Where do I get the rego bib for the front of the shirt?
Once you have fully signed up for the season, and paid, you will be able to collect your rego bag at the sign in desk which includes your age group patch and rego bib (from Week 2). These are changed every year, so Velcro dots are great for attaching them!

– Do you sell other uniform items?
We have hair ties, sweat bands, shorts and fantastic new bucket hats arriving next week!

Do you have a second hand shop?
We have an online Facebook page for buy, swap, sell all things athletics, including spikes and waffles, etc – check it out!

Check out the Uniform page for more information.
